The 15 luxurious villas of Auarelle' sVillas are composed as a little village in a railed flourished park, directly located by the sea, in a bay by name of Anse Nogent, a few miles away from down-town Sainte Rose, an authentic fishermen’s village.
Stepping out of the villas, you have direct access to the coast and a little natural sandy beach. As a matter of fact, none of the magnificent beaches of the northern side of Basse-Terre are very far away!
The geographical location of Aquarelle's Villas could be considered as privileged.
Each villa has its private pool surrounded by a wooden terrace. They are very spacious and regarding the type of the villa, 2, 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms are proposed. Equipped with all you need, you easily feel free and in a real home away from home.

4 Villas type A 3 bedrooms (132 m2/1420 sqft + covered & open terraces): for up to 6 persons: Villa on one level: 2 rooms with double beds (one room has a four-poster bed) + 1 twin bedded-room, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet separate.
5 Villas type B 4 bedrooms (164 m2/1765 sqft + covered & open terraces): for up to 8 persons: Ground floor: 2 rooms with double beds (one room has a four-poster bed) + 1 twin bedded-room, 2 bathrooms with showers, toilet separate.
1st floor: 1 room with double bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub & toilet.
2 Villas type C 5 bedrooms (176 m2/1894 sqft + covered & open terraces): for up to 10 persons: Ground floor: 2 rooms with double beds (one room has a four- poster bed) + 1 twin bedded-room, 2 bathrooms with showers, toilet separate.
1st floor: 1 room with double bed + 1 twin bedded-room, 1 bathroom with bathtub & toilet.
4 Villas type D 2 bedrooms (128 m2/1377 sqft + covered & open terraces): for up to 4 persons: Ground floor: 1 room with double bed + 1 bathroom with shower, toilet separate.
Common throughout:
- Private pools with covered terraces (20m2/215 sqft) and open pool area (the sizes depending on the type of the villas) in red tropical wood, with hammock, sun lounges and rattan garden furniture.
Pool-sizes: Villa Type A: 35 m2/377 sqft, Villa Type B: 38,5 m2/414 sqft, Villa Type C: 38,5 m2/414 sqft, Villa Type D: 22,35 m2/240 sqft.
- A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, ceramic stove, American fridge, washing machine, coffeemaker & toaster.
- A living room with large glass sliding doors facing the pool, a huge ceiling fan & armchairs & as couch. You will find hi-fi, video recorder, a large screen TV-set (satellite), a telephone with personal number and Internet access
- The bathrooms provide spa-bathtubs & -showers
- Separated toilets (except in the Villas equipped for disabled persons).
- At your disposal in the villas: hair-dryer, scales, iron & board, bathrobe, alarm clocks and laundry-racks.
- Individual security-safe in the wardrobe (no extra charge)
- Some of the villas type A & B do have sea-view.
- Bedrooms have all individual A/C (split-system)
- Double beds are 160 x 190 cm wide (62.4 x 74.1 inches) and the twins are 100 x 190 cm wide (39 x 74.1 inches). No rollaway beds possible. The sizes of the bedrooms vary from 10 to 16 m2 (107.6 to 172 sqft) depending on the type of the villa and the location in the villa.

Upon request and against extra charge continental breakfast could be served on the villas’ terraces.
The costumers could also enjoy a buffet-style breakfast at La Sucrerie du Comté
Breakfast can be booked in advance or asked for one-site. It could be taken during the whole length of stay or for just a part of it.
Catering-service in the villas (delivery of hot plates, menu is shown at front-desk)
We can also provide private cooks.
100 m (0,05 mls) from the villas, our partner restaurant La Pomme Cannelle welcomes you for lunch & dinner (French & Creole Cuisine).
They provide as well pizza take-away and deliveries to the villas.
Numerous little restaurants that we call “lolos” (good & non-expensive local food) and a lot of Creole restaurants well known for their tasty food are in the near vicinity of the Aquarelle's Villas.
Upon request an arrival kit with the first necessities could be prepared for you (extra charge).
Honeymooners will enjoy a special attention.
